- Hand moulded from dark grey clay and coated in a fine terracotta glaze
- Oven, stove, microwave and grill safe
- Works on gas flame, barbecue and open fire
- Natural clay retains and distributes heat evenly
- Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended to preserve patina. Harsh detergents and dishwashers can dull the surface of La Chamba
- Prior to first use, clean with mild detergent, fill 3/4 full with water and place in the oven for 30 mins at 200oC. This allows La Chamba to seal.
