In-stock orders are usually packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

We generally send orders as part of our regular weekly shipping run, so your parcel will be posted as soon as possible within that timeframe.

If an item is a pre-order, backorder, or needs to be ordered in, the expected timing will be noted on the product page where possible. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll contact you.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once everything is available.

Velora House is online-only.

We are based in the Adelaide Hills, so you are welcome to collect your order if you are local.
