• A broad, low bowl for fruit, salads, vegetables and substantial centre-of-table serving
• Hand moulded from dark grey clay and coated in a fine terracotta glaze
• Oven, stove, microwave and grill safe
• Works on gas flame, barbecue and open fire
• Natural clay retains and distributes heat evenly
• Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended to preserve patina. Harsh detergents and dishwashers can dull the surface of La Chamba
• Prior to first use, clean with mild detergent, fill 3/4 full with water and place in the oven for 30 mins at 200^oC. This allows La Chamba to seal.
